So I've been posting this info around: We are proud to announce that in the Spring of 2010, Art Sanctuary and the Alley Theater will be hosting the very first AfroPunk @ Art Sanctuary festival! HELL YEAH

So, I came to new york specifically to see the AfroPunk festival (and see some of my good friends who are also in new york) and yesterday did NOT disappoint me. I saw Funk Face, The Oooh Baby Gimme Mores, and American Fangs. All three groups were amazing! What a hell-yeah hookup for a FREE CONCERT IN A PARKING LOT!
