also, i was a total orchestra bum between the ages of 5 and 20, so i've got some serious heartage for the bach - beethoven + a bit of the "contemporary classical" stuff . but even more so, i dig the cats who do(/did) chill, hardcore, or otherwise off the grid type stuff with my instrument of choice, check: ray brown, apocalyptica, ben sollee, lenae harris, jon jeanrenaud, dana leong, von cello, zoe keating, bonfire madigan, rasputina, etc
