i often think of the part henry rollins played in Johnny Mnemonic --
a under the table doctor working on punks and the poor people.
i bet you have a LOT of GRIPES about all the injustice in that system...
for example, maureen, my mother...she has a degree in journalism
but after getting it she pretty much said 'fuck the system' and left her B. A. gathering dust...

well, right on. i'll tell u this:
the scene at the Fox in Boulder 11/8 for the afropunk xtravaganza was
a mellow blend of all sorts of people, but it
was cool to see blax there representing raw wild styles.
