About Me

Hmmm there's so much about me that hardly anyone knows; for the most part, i like it that way.Im a lot of man in compact 64 inch package. To be a mystery sometimes isn't a bad thing. It keeps you and me...on our toes. I Don't want everyone to have the ability to put a finger on me so sometimes I am very quiet and observant. I'm not scared of anything but God. I can tell you that yes...I'm black and proud. i LOVE IT...despite all the things i go through on a daily basis, I would never want to change the fact that i am who i am. I'm not the typical, but peculiar and unbound to the norm. Eclectic and educated. Spiritual and understanding. Loving and honest. Polite and patient. I appreciate the good friends in my life and the small things that spice it all up. Currently I work as an engineer/programmer. I am also in my last semester of college studying engineering design and technology in hopes to be an aviation engineer. I want to make flying cars. I want to go culinary art school and cosmetology school one day. In my free time when I'm not studying or busy at work I'm a skateboarder. I've been skateboarding for 12 years now and I am an aspiring professional. I also like to breakdance and play the drums and guitar for my band The Project Dismay. In the eyes of others, i may seem like your token black kid, but... i beg to differ. Im the kinda guy that goes against the grain. The black sheep...or in some instances..the sore thumb in a crowd, and i like it. Not for the attention but for the gratification i get to know that I am unique. Im naturally what everyone expects me NOT to be, just to throw em a wrench or two...maybe three. I love hip hop...but i also LOVE punk rock. I am a non-religious, non-traditional, Christian and I believe in the righteousness of God and doing what is right, even when i have to go as far as risking a bruised ego or losing my pride. I don't care about feeling like I'm the smaller person if I feel that what I'm doing is right. I know what I like. I know what I believe in and for the most part, I know who I am and I stand by that. So, I may seem like I have a little rebellious attitude sometimes. With that being said, I may not always agree with what you say, but believe me when i say that i have no intention to offend you. I'm a skateboarder...it comes with the culture for me to have an attitude for those pigs who wanna give out tickets for skateboarding. Haha!! So yeah..i admit...I'm a bit of a bad-boy sometimes too. Don't let that fool you though. I love to be romantic. I LOVE to cook..even though I've had my fair share of ruined meals! My favorite foods to cook are Italian, Asian and Soul food! I also love to give massages and watch chick flicks. My favorite movie is "A Walk to Remember" ...with Mandy Moore. I like pink. I also love to cuddle...a lot! I'm quite comfortable with my masculinity where I can be "macho" without being jerk yet sensitive enough without being considered homosexual, hence, my seemingly balanced yet laid back personality. It takes a lot to make me mad, but I warn you...I'm no PUSSY. With me, your bark better be as bad as your bite because I will come strong with mine. Believe that. So as long as you give me respect, you'll have nothing to worry about because, generally, I want to solve things diplomatically like real men are supposed to. :) I tend to repeat myself ..a lot, and i use a lot of ellipses. You'll probably notice that in this profile. In my best efforts, I like to listen. I'm the kind of person that knows not only when to say things, but also when NOT to says things and what is appropriate at the time. I oftentimes hold back. Sometimes a person's two-sense isn't always helpful and I understand that. I thirst for knowledge, wisdom and understanding in all that I do to be the BEST man I can be for me. I strive to keep a humble spirit in all my doings yet i am confident, which is not to be confused with being arrogant or conceited. For now, It's just the way I am.
