kudu, janelle monae, bilal, santogold, n.e.r.d., Lioness Extravaganza, fela kuti,chain gangs, marvin gaye, chaka khan,orisa music, bob and the wailers, curtis and the impressions,r kelly and public announcement...sorry i got carried away and can't serious talk about this anymore. i listen to too much music to answer these favorite bands questions...here's the best answer, I like to listen to anything Black people make and the hot shit that anybody makes, regardless of genre, i listen to music for so many different reasons and in too many languages. i don't know what favorite is anymore, but those folks i mentioned i never fade on so
