Totally... But I live in South Africa... No luck there. It would, however be greatly appreciated. And it would be an awesome resource in the constant head knock to get people to deal with the fact that goths that are not white do exist. I can practi…

About Me
I am an odd guy. Around new folks I am rather, but in familiar company I tend to be quite (well excessively) social and bubbly. But that's just me looking for a decent conversation. Upon discovering an engaging topic and another person with whom to discuss it, apparently I change quite drastically. I think I'm just paying attention more than usual, which is a rare thing, since I've eaten all the conversation there is to have. Now I have to digest the drivel that drifts in through my ears and hope something substantial is caught in there... somewhere.
You can be my friend if...
You think I might provide an interesting, albeit temporary, source of thought provoking interaction.
Occupation:
I am currently working as a software developer at a company called the Aurecon Group. I studied for and wrote an MCSD certification part time, while in high school, which gives me no advantage whatsoever. But I'm working. And its not bad. I play in a band... things seem to be picking up for us, so perhaps I'll wander off in that direction.
Favorite bands:
I listen to many kinds of music. Anything that I perceive as enjoyable I listen to regardless of genre. Most of the time that music could be shoved into the following boxes: Progressive Technical Metalcore, Progressive Death Metal, Technical Death Metal, Gothic Rock, Gothic Electronica, Black Metal, Melodic Black Metal, Grind, Deathcore, Technical Jazz. But these are not my only sources of musical pleasure. If you think I've taken the trouble to write this out because I'm one of those people who actually care what genre you place a specific piece of music or artist into, you are mostly wrong. If its good for me, I listen to it. So if a band makes it, I like the band
Favorite movies:
I have three favourite movies. Watch them. Extract what you will from them. Forget them. Waking Life, Wristcutters - A Love Story, Donnie Darko.
Favorite books:
I used to read excessively. Up to five books a week. Until I started working. Now I hardly read anything but stuff on the internet.

When I do read books they are mostly fantasy novels. But I will read anything and enjoy it. Except soppy love stories. Thrillers are another favourite. So far Ive enjoyed Most of L.E Modesitt Jr.'s books. But that's about all I can remember. It's so troublesome remembering. Psychological Thrillers... Yessss....
Favorite Magazines:
PC Format
Favorite TV shows:
None
Relationship status:
Single. Looking for something... substantial.
Orientation:
Straight
Zodiac Sign
Aries
Kids?:
None. Maybe later.
Smoke/Drink?
no/yes
Band Question - Genre:
Hardcore/Deathcore/
Band Question -Band Members:
Christian Mills - Vocals
Ryan Dias - Guitar
Don Williams - Guitar
Wimpie Dempsie - Bass
Paul Patterson - Drums
Band Question - Sounds like:
Slayer hits August Burns Red in the stomach, August Burns Red pukes on Lamb of God, Lamb of God cries on Killswitch Engages shoulder, Killswitch Engage screams at Impending Doom for not telling Slayer off, Impending Doom looks at As I lay Dying and shakes head sadly...
Band Question - Musical Influences:
See sounds like
