I used to book small shows at an arts collective in massachusetts and at my college in socal and I def need to start getting involved with music and event planning again. Any thoughts on having a meeting/get together soon? or perhaps you have a venue/event in mind?

There are interesting things on that Fusicology website/newsletter and in the LA Weekly in the back pages that list clubs and things too. Also that website that used to be just a regular free little magazine called Jointzmag had a great database of stuff. Have fun exploring. If you have any questions, just ask about LA. Some things I know and some things I'd probably ask my nephew and his friends because they get out on the town more than I do now (the way I USED to). Have fun!
