Well not to cop out on you like everybody else Cros but now that I'm finally getting out more again, I think I'm gonna do the street punk band. For some reason it's like pulling teeth for me to sequence/program right now...and I'm gung ho to get in another punk rock band. Hate to let you down but fuck this shit for now, it's driving me crazy...lol

I got the tracks, thanks. Now my only problem is I have been trying to lay some percussion over em to get started, but with the kinds of software I got I can't import the whole guitar track. Im anything but a genius with this shit...when we did Watusi Death, I just made backing beats first and we layed everything over em. I'm having hell trying to sequence something to back rampage right now for some reason, but I'll work on it some more tommorrow & see what happens.

right on. I'm going over this cat Ryan's crib who has the jam spot supposedly in a few hours, so I'll let you know what he says about us jamming.

I don't wanna do vocals cause I tweak so damn much these days, so that works. this punk band the closest thing to my heart but I like your idea.

I did the programming, but I didn't EQ or nothing, the skinhead REV did that because he had already done industrial (C.O.G. also on myspace music) in California.

I might be able to get Jarhead (ex-Haterz) to help me out with that part though...just to make sure we sound good live.

I'll send you my email to send to files

I also got influences for a general sound for my next band project:

Chaos UK

One Way System

The Exploited

Total Chaos

GBH

Disorder

not like "cloning" a sound but this is what they call UK82 or old school street punk...for example GBH really sounds a lot of the Casualties, but not really. with this genre it's all in the tone, effects, the guitar players' style, the singers' shouting voice, and how intricate the bass lines are (usually not much but there are some exceptions).

might be too stripped down for your preference, dunno.

well I'm too broke for a jam spot (+unemployed)and my nerves are like the one kid with an inhaler from that Steven King movie "IT"...dunno if I'm ready for the stage again yet. hmm... wait, I got a guy with a jam spot who lives about 3 blocks away...lemme get back to you on that. he let's punks & headbangers jam for free sometimes
