Ohmygod! About 3 wks ago, I went to this gay club in Manhattan called The Hose. The DJ did a tribute to Kurt & played all this killer 90s rock: The Breeders, AIC, SG, everybody! I was in heaven! What sucked was that my roommate wanted to go home early. I had to go with her 'cos she didn't know the way home. I was so psyched to go & hear all those cool songs (NOT "hits") & had to leave early. So I ended up watching videos on YouTube. I mostly dug Nirvana & AIC Unplugged. Ah the good ole days!

I lived in Seattle from 83-2001. I was there for the whole dern nasty thing. When NIRVANA blew up the city swelled with kids looking to be the next Nirvana. What nobody realized is that those bands that blew up had been playing 7+ years. There are still alot of great bands there that NEVER MADE IT! Still playing the clubs, and still good but nothing. I remember seeing on the news when Kurt was found dead.. I was in denyal for like a week.

I was watching a documentary a few nights ago, I dont remember the name of it at the moment. But a firemen was saying that the greenhouse door was LOCKED FROM THE OUTSIDE. How can he lock the door from the outside? To me that's proof someone else was there.

i love Alice in Chains. their music was so passionate, and Layne [Staley] was living every word of his songs. he'll definitely be missed.
