Tattoos, Please

I am getting my first tattoo. I want a skeleton key with angel wings in memory of my father who died about twelve years ago. I wanted to know if there is a good artist that you can recommend? I dont care if this person is tattooing in his basement, I just want him/her to be good! If anyone can recommend someone or a shop or something, it would be greatly appreciated. Much love, Colette
