@Blu girl ~ I hate doing my own twist outs...but I do them once a week. Since I have been doing them on my own, I have gotten better. It just takes so friggin long and make my arms hurt...I am in need of a detangling session right now but I just moisturized and put my crochet cap on and left. See that is why I need dreads!!!

((ooops, I didn't mean to delete the Sabatta promo. My finger slipped on the little red x . Seriously.))

lol, I tend to get ignored with or without fake hair. I think, for me, the determining factor on whether or not I get noticed is what I'm (not) wearing. People tend to like sexy looking clothes Unfortunately, I'm usually fully covered up and incognito in day to day life....especially now that the mercury is dropping. Fake hair has another benefit for me right now....it's warm and I get cold easily lol. ....but in all seriousness, I wear my twists out, pulled back with a headband for everyday. ...or with a knit cap of course. If I'm playing around taking photos, I'll usually wear something fake or a blowdried afro. I like the effect of big hair or bangs (or both!). I'm a big chameleon. lol

CurlyDiva: yes, if you can, please post the results of the Kinky Curly system. That sounds like my hair type as well. Part of me thinks that even if it DID enable me to wear a wash and go, the tangles would still be outrageous.

i wear my wig occasionally out of laziness also. but i always feel like i'm cheating. my biggest issue is i'm not working right now so i'm trying 2 cut back on hair appts. with school i can just throw on a headwrap & keep it moving but i get tired of doing it. i've tried doing twist outs on my own. we're not even gonna discuss the results..... (sos :)

I know...I know...I have been better about my wigs though. When my hair was a lot shorter I was really self consious. Now I wear my natural more...I really rarely wear the wigs anymore. I usually do it out of pure laziness.

Oh, cool. I'm interested in the results.

Too many undercover naturals around lately. Wearing long straight wigs and getting treated better. I don't know precisely why to feel bad.

Hey Guys...one of my friends just bought the Kinky Curly system. We have the same hair type 4b/c with some patches of loose curls. Soon as she uses it...I will let you guys know of her results and try to get pics!

And I am having major hair color envy right now because my bright color has grown half way out and I want to do the two color thing like you but...idk lol
