This months ARTIST IN THE PIT is the five piece metal band MESHUGGAH! Hailing from Sweden,these guys dont fuck around when it comes to their music.Talk about having an insanely heavy sound. It will literally split your skull in half.Delivering to you a sound I gurantee no other band has or will ever duplicate.The riffs are very unconvientional and not to mention the guys play like gods on their eight stringed guitars.The raspy vocals that deliver lyrics with such aggression just makes you want to go start a riot.And lastly the drumming...If your a drummer or sincere metal head you can appreciate the extermely technical style of the drumming itself. We have yet to invent words that truly describe the awesomeness of MESHUGGAH.Be sure to check out there lateset album "OBZEN" and there latest music video below "BLEED". Comment by Soulcrusher 19 hours ago: i like nile but the guitars become too powerful and overwhelming for me and that is the only downfall for me cause it throws me off at times.also they dont really let the bass guitar parts shine cant really hear it.but at the capacity of there playing it would be really better for the bass to sit out really.you know it would be kool to hear a bass solo or just a fill on a nile song thought they did actually have a bassist and they may have comfined a permanent one for now
