That guac pizza sounds crazy. Like in explosive diarrhea crazy

Ah! A group at my own heart.
NOBODY'S a lazier-microwave gourmet-food addicted-cheatin' vegan than myself. I just had some of those veggie buffalo wings in that photo.
Let me put my chef's hat on. Ready?

== TASTY GUAC PIZZA ==

- 1 frozen veg pizza (Amy's or Trader Joe's cheeseless)
- 1 onion
- 1 pack veg pepperoni
- 1 pack guacamole
- 1 pack soy cheese
- olive oil

Preheat oven to 425 F.
Spread olive oil and first layer of soy cheese and pepperoni.
Spread guacamole on pizza evenly.
Add onions and any other chosen ingredients.
Add last layer of soy cheese.
Cook for 13 mins (10-15 min depending on oven. When edges brown, take out).
Cool and serve.

Bon apetit. It's all in the guac. It's the bomb. Thank me later.

What's in my fridge now? Peanut butter, old takeout ribs, and old takeout salad. I know I'll eat it all today ( though not at once). I only know how to fry eggs and store-bought tacos, so they're my fast meals in a pinch.

Great concept

My worse sin is finding some frozen raw fish, marinating it for a few hours in ginger and then eating it raw like sashimi because it's the type of fish that tastes nasty cooked and I already filled my cooked food quota for the day.

Let's see ... the magical smoothie (of doom cause you drink it all but you drink too much and your belly swells and you feel like a beached whale, but you're happy cause it tasted good).

Here is basically how it plays out whenever I run out of food: An old apple, some kale or spinach no one's using, oh look, peanut butter! Some ice, a little bit of super hard honey (cause no one's used it in to long), the last bit of soy milk in the bottle, some neglected carob powder in the back of the fridge. Blend that fucker with a pinch of salt, and viola it's like a really good icy. Wait, found some nuts and coconut flakes buried underneath forgotten grub in a cabinet somewhere and it hasn't seen the light of day in a few months! Throw em'. Oooh yea, nutty coconut!

i make tofu fritters when ever my friends come over for some food its easy and everyone always digs on it! i just chop 2 blocks of tofu 1 bundle of scallions mix 2 cups flour, chopped garlic, salt/pepper and what ever other spices i might want and a little bread crumb(i like to put bread crumbs in as many things as possible) then i add water and mix it till all is blended and its like a thick mixture(a little creamy but the added ingredients are still visible)then i fry it in my wok one at a time..i use 2 spoons to form well a fritter! its done when golden brown and i usually make a garlic/blu cheese/hot sauce type of dip its a comfortable as fried chicken without having to do all that pesky killing : )

My favourite meal when i have next to nothing is spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and peanut sauce. That, and my guilty pleasure of KD with tuna.

hmm not very magical but a little bowtie pasta, a little pesto, and some cheese melted on top makes a quick delicious meal and then throw in whatever random veggies you have, I often tear up some baby spinach (which i also use on sandwiches all the time - tuna on raisin bread!) or I might cut up some green bell peppers from the farmers market and toss those in there too, carrots also go well!
Also, if you're looking for awesome recipes, an old coworker of mine has a kickass food blog, www.dishingupdelights.blogspot.com

One day, i took some cherry tomatoes and baby bok choi with some marinated bean salad, blended it with some wild rice with coconut milk, garlic and green onion, grilled some tofu with soy sauce, lemon pepper and cayenne, and voila!! My new favourite comfort food of choice.
