does anyone else feel like they have to defend vegetarianism when their among non vegs??people always say to me (like i'm an alien or something)"well how do you do it?what do you eat?!?!?" and this is always followed up by ,"wait so you dont eat ANYY kind of meat..not even chicken or fish?"lmaoo.like they cant even fathom what i'm saying

USe Raw Honey, or Pure Cane Sugar ( Fairtrade of course), Sea Salt w/ minerals, not the bleached white salt....etc. Check out websites Gone Raw, We like it Raw, SoulVegFolk, Give it to me Raw

For raw vegans/vegans is to eat has many green veggies as possible, I try to drink at least one green juice a day, easy example, juice grapefruit and kale. Buy fresh veggies and fruit at the farmer's market. No processed foods, no restaurants ( if you must vegetarian restaurans Soul Vegetarian, Everlasting Life), no soda, no sugar. It seems like a lot, but I've been eating like this for years (about 15 years vegetarian, vegan, now hi-raw). Once you've eating good healthy clean food, your body really cannat take bad food..also if there is no nutritional benefit, I DO NOT EAT IT!

I used to be a raw food vegan for like 2 years....long story short I fell off the wagon. its been about 8 months and I feel like shit, am gaining weight and have 0 energy. I am going back to y vegan ways so al be closely watching this spot for any good recipes or motivational tips.
