@clo: we were there for 2 yrs. while my hubby finished grad school also. it was seriously depressing and zapped all my creativity. one more year would have been ugly...but, NYC fixed all that! but, i so miss our spacious/basic 2 bdrm. for $425/mo. !!! just hang on, sista!
