The most recent issue of Maximum RockNRoll is an all-queer issue and there are plenty of black punks represented, including Alex's band Extra Tongue from Philly. (Alex posts on AfroPunk Queers from time to time.) I did an interview with Brontez from the Younger Lovers and another one with Kali Boyce from the old-school punk band Nastyfacts. The issue is sooo good y'all. It's covers queer punk realities across the U.S. and internationally. There's a good variety of experiences represented and it's just really inspiring to read. Let me know if anyone's interested, I can scan a couple pages for y'all to read. Just send me a message. xo osa
