Meet & Greet/Networking/Drinking with new people, whatever you want to call it

Hey, I'd like to meet and hang out, & perhaps throw a few drinks back with my fellow afropunkers, and perhaps meet a couple of the bands and talk about shows, and that sort of thing.

I don't know Brooklyn very well-- is there someplace nearby the festival that we could meetup after the event closes at 10?

I think good days would be tomorrow the 3rd (Friday)
the 5th (Sunday)
or the 6th (monday)?

I'm sure everyone has mega plans for the evening of the 4th (I SURE DO!) so maybe one of those days would be good.

So where are some awesome recession-pocket-friendly places to go grab a snack and/or a beer and chat?

Afro-punk is a platform for the other Black experience, the one we don't see in our media. D.I.Y (Do It Yourself) is the foundation.
