Hi guys,

All bands from the AP Community should join the Featured Bands group, as we are going to use the group as our way to communicate with bands about the Afro-Punk Festival dates, registration process, and other opportunities related to shows produced by Afro-Punk throughout the year. For instance, we are currently putting together a monthly show at The Studio Webster Hall in New York the last Tuesday of every month (dates to follow).
We are also thinking of having a contest for bands, or arranging a way for the members of the Community to pick some of the bands for the shows.
So please join the group so we can keep you posted, and please read the instuctions on the group page before you apply to join.
