This is true.
condoms and lube will let you f and f and f without fear of invaders. the pill, and other hormonal birth control is havoc on women's bodies.
if you really want to have sex without condoms later on but still feel protected from preg then maybe you should get an IUD implanted in you. you can get copper or hormonal. i had the hormonal and only had it taken out because i liked being able to control my own body, and the idea of it being inside of me and not being able to take it out whenever freaked me out. like anyday i felt like it, i could go off the pill, but not so with the IUD. but some people really like it. getting it inserted is easy and doesn't really hurt. i actually had sex the same day i got it put in. maybe you should think about it or read up on it.
as far as sex drives go on birth control, i also agree with xiamin about lube. also this is going to sound really fucked up, but even if i only want to have sex a little bit and he wants to have sex ALOT (i'm talking about desire, not endurance) then i'll just do it anyway, not to make him happy but because i know that once we get going, i'll want to have sex ALOT too, and get more into it once i start feeling it.
but of course it all depends on if you want to have sex. if you don't realy want to, then i'd just enjoy the time without it.
i'd imagine the hormonal IUD would have similar fucking w/ yer body effects. and i've read in the United States you need to have had a baby or pregnancy in order to get an IUD. otherwise I would've gotten one too. :p

And be in a stable relationship. .....yeah, same exact hormonal screw over.
I guess I'm done with sex. That is some highly effective birthcontrol.
no that's not true. there are two types of IUDs. one is hormonal and one is not. the one that is not is copper. my friend sarah got one and she does not have kids. the copper one is good for 10 years and you can get it taken out whenever you feel like it. you really should look into it. there are absolutely no hormones involved, but like every form of birth control there are risks.

Afro-punk is a platform for the other Black experience, the one we don't see in our media. D.I.Y (Do It Yourself) is the foundation.
