Yeah, iwas wondering what happened to THAT guy. I don't believe it was ever followed up in the media. What's the docu.?Darkness Unlimited* said:LesYpersound said:Who's "thread-jackin"? We're discussing Chinese folks, i'm still on-topic. And i never said that Chinese folks were "terrible, terrible" people, don't put words in my mouth. What i said was that they weren't all that, but i can start by mentioning two words just to shut yall up: Tiananmen Squarelol @ the chinese being the rude, insolent ones during WWII and not the japanese...
what's next? non-japanese women deserved to be comfort women because those 1930s women were just so uppity back then.
so pls since you threadjacked this anyway, list the reasons why china (the whole country all 1+ billion of them) are terrible, terrible people.

I was refering to his reasoning for sorting out the Chinese in the early years ov WW2, including Hirohitos' invasion ov Nanking. The Chinese were very insolent back then. And it seems that many ov them remain so to this day, which would explain their trade status with the U.S. At what point did i ever say Emperor Hirohito was Chinese?Quit mixing up Japanese people and Chinese people. Japanese has the l to r, thing- not "Chinamen". Hirohito was Japanese, not Chinese so he has no place in your inane diatribe.
Racist bastard. ^__^
Oh and you're acting ig'nant. Like a REAL n-word. Like a 5 year old who just realized saying "bad words" makes people look at him. Just shameful.
And a chinese person would never ask you why your hair curls because you have perm.

And why are YOU taking the side ov a racist Chinaman, huh? Yall act like the Chinese are just soo fuckin' noble, or something, WTF? I mean, yeah sure i admire the fact that they're mostly a God-less people. But other than that, to Hell with China. And don't even get me started on the many reasons why!
I don't think anyone was saying that the Chinese were all that. I don't think I saw anyone that was all "OMG CHINESE PEOPLE R SO LEET, HOMES! THEY ARE MADE OF WIN AND UNICORNS. I'M GONNA B CHINESE NOW LOLOLOL PRAISE BUDDHA." (however if you would like to see that I can point you in the direction of a few lj groups).
Speaking of Tiananmen Square, I just saw a really fascinating documentary on the Tank Man a few weeks ago. Interesting shit. I cried a bit which is saying something.
I don't think the media really could follow up. He just kind of vanished. With things being the way they were in China at the time (and probably still are to a degree) it's probably better that he did. I just hope he was able to go on and live a somewhat peaceful life. A part of me is really hoping that those guys who pulled him off the street weren't like some "black baggers" or something.MissE said:Yeah, iwas wondering what happened to THAT guy. Still, it would be kinda nice to know whether he's even alive.him being anonymous is the kind of the point though.
